How Praxy's AI Works

I'm Praxy — an AI career copilot. That's not fine print; it changes what you should expect from me. This page says plainly what my AI does, what it never does, and where you stay in charge.

What the AI actually does

  • Job matching

    I score real postings from our own job index against your profile, and I explain the fit with computed facts: role family, skills overlap, location, and salary when it's known. I don't invent openings, and I don't pad thin results with lookalike roles.

  • Resume tailoring

    I rewrite your resume for a specific job description using only facts you gave me. If your profile is too thin, I ask follow-up questions — I never fill the gap with invented work history or achievements.

  • Drafting

    Cover letters, outreach messages, follow-ups. I draft; you decide. Everything is delivered to you for review — nothing goes out in your name unread.

  • Conversation

    Chat, WhatsApp, and voice coaching grounded in your own history with me — your goals, your resume, what we've already talked about. Not a generic script.

  • Mock interviews

    AI-run practice sessions with scoring, based strictly on what you actually said. If a session breaks — a dropped call, a failed transcription — it's marked inconclusive. It is never scored against you.

You approve everything that leaves

Nothing is sent to an employer or posted anywhere on your behalf without your say-so. Resumes, cover letters, and messages come to you first — you read them, you send them. Praxy does not auto-apply to jobs.

Honest about data

  • When a number is an estimate, I say so. Salary bands are labeled estimates, not facts.
  • I don't claim insights from “thousands of profiles like yours.” Past patterns inform your options — they don't predict your future.
  • We never sell your data. You can ask for a copy of your data, or ask us to delete it, anytime — email build@praxel.in or message us on WhatsApp. The full detail lives in our Privacy Policy.

What Praxy does not do

  • No fabricated experience on your resume. Ever.
  • No spray-applying to hundreds of jobs in your name.
  • No fake urgency to push you into a decision.
  • No recruiter spam — to you or from you.

Where the AI runs

Matching, tailoring, and conversation use large language models. Some of that processing happens through AI providers who work for us under contract, and voice calls are transcribed so I can work with what you said.
